The Asia-Pacific Wide Bandgap Semiconductor International Conference (APWS 2024), taking place from the 14th to 17th at Hanwha Resort Haeundae in Busan.Sigetronics, a leading power semiconductor company based in Wanju, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, announced on July 15 that it is exhibiting its core product lines at the Asia-Pacific Wide-Bandgap Semiconductor Workshop (APWS 2024), taking place from July 14 to 17 at Hanwha Resort Haeundae in Busan.
APWS is an annual international conference that rotates among countries in the Asia-Pacific region including South Korea, China, Japan, and Taiwan. This year marks the 11th edition of the event, hosted by the Korea Society of LED and Optoelectronic Engineering. The conference gathers world-renowned scholars and industry leaders to discuss and share the latest research and trends in wide-bandgap (WBG) semiconductors such as Gallium Nitride (GaN), Silicon Carbide (SiC), and Gallium Oxide (Ga₂O₃).
At its dedicated exhibition booth, Sigetronics is showcasing its GaN-based power semiconductors, which are widely regarded as core components for next-generation power conversion systems, as well as its flagship optoelectronic devices.
